Social Media Manager
We are looking for a Social Media Manager for both of our divisions (creators and sports) to be the agency’s eyes and ears on social media. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high quality, engaging content in the form of graphics, photo edits, texts  and videos across all of our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and Twitter) in order to lead our company as the best talent management agency in Mexico.
Key Responsibilities :
  • Create high quality pieces of content to engage with our audiences
  •  Lead copywriting, asset creation, content calendar and implementation
  • Build on successful social media campaigns and develop new postings regularly to maintain a strong, positive online presence
  • Support the development and execution of global social media strategies for our talents.
  • Curate and manage social editorial calendars for our social media platforms, that ensure they are aligned with the right events and conversations.
  • Help with the creation and editing of written, video and photo content
  • Assist campaigns, shootings, travels, recordings with our talents to catch the best moments BTS and create social postings around it
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies to ensure we are ahead of the curve as an agency.
  • Work with strategy and analytics to provide learnings and recommendations based on current trends in the community and industry
  • Respond to direct messages and comments in a timely manner
  • Work closely with talent managers to gather all the necessary materials for social media content
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Community Manager for a well known brand and/or agency
  • Great aesthetics and attention to detail
  • Deep understanding of and interest in sports and entertainment.
  • Able to execute duties and assignments as directed in compliance with SPG guidelines and objectives.
  • Up to date with social media trends and platforms
  • Expertise in Adobe suite, graphic design, and Keynote.
  • Excellent verbal communication and writing skills.
  • Team player, proactive and extremely organized
  • Ability and knowledge to create and edit presentations for our clients
  • Ability to understand and interpret the results of a social media campaign.
  • Website design and edition knowledge is a plus.
  • Knowledge about video editing is a plus.
On site position, minimum 3 days and 2 days home office (if there is nothing that requires to be present).
